Jajahan Kuala Krai, Kelantan

Jajahan Kuala Krai is an administrative district of Kelantan. It is located in the middle of the state surrounded by Jajahan Jeli to the west, Jajahan Tanah Merah to the northwest, Jajahan Machang to the north, Terengganu to the east, and Jajahan Gua Musang to the south.

Jajahan Kuala Krai is a mountainous district. Some of the tallest mountains in Kelantan are located in this district, including Gunung Ayam (1504 meters), Gunung Baha (1395 meters) and Gunung Stong (1422 meters). Gunung Stong has a 305-meter tall waterfall, believed to be the tallest in Southeast Asia. These mountains are all located near Kampung Dabong, which also has several caves as attraction, among them Gua Gelap, Gua Kris, Gua Pagar and Gua Ikan.
