Jeli (GPS: 5.70141, 101.84375) is a small town in Kelantan. It is at the eastern end of the East-West Highway (Federal Route 4) which starts in Gerik, Perak. Jeli serves as the administrative capital for the district of Jajahan Jeli. From here, Federal Route 4 (no longer known as the East-West Highway) continues on as Jalan Gerik-Pasir Puteh, until it ends at the T-junction with Federal Route 4 south of Pasir Puteh.
