Jalan Pengkalan Chepa is a major road in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This road leads out of the city in the direction of the village of Pengkalan Chepa which is to the northeast of the city centre. This is also the road to the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport.

Jalan Pengkalan Chepa starts at Persimpangan Padang Garong in Kota Bharu. Here it meets Jalan Padang Garong, Jalan Kebun Sultan and Jalan Mahmood. It ends at the turn-in to the airport, from where it continues as Jalan Tok Guru.
