Pelangi Mall (GPS: 6.13025, 102.23443) is one of the high-rise buildings in Kota Bharu. It is a mixed development comprising shops in the podium and a condominium in its high rise blocks. However, the place looks to be not very happening, with most of the shoplots on the ground floor being closed.
