The building located on Jalan Stesen Sentral has a Gross Development Value of RM161 million and 453,000 square feet of built-up area.

MRCB is one of the main occupants of 1 Sentral. Hence the building is also called Menara MRCB. Other tenants include Price Waterhouse Coopers and General Electric. Facilities at 1 Sentral include 24-hour security with CCTV, 1 AHU per floor and 6 lifts including 1 cargo lift.
