8Kia Peng, King of the Hill @ KLCC (GPS: 3.15202, 101.71632) is a 50-storey luxury condominium block being planned for Changkat Kia Peng, in downtown Kuala Lumpur. The project was launched in March, 2016. The condominium is expected to share space with existing neighbours such as the Istana Hinggap Johor and Maison Française French restaurant.

8Kia Peng @KLCC is being developed by I-Berhad, the developer of i-City. Built on freehold land, it has a gross development value of RM1 billion. There are 442 condominium units at 8Kia Peng. Each unit has a floor area of 716 square feet to 987 square feet. All units will be fully fitted and furnished upon sale, for ready move in.
