Binjai Residency (GPS: 3.1593, 101.71728) is an enclusive condominium in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It is located at the end of Lorong Binjai, within the KLCC enclave, and just next to another luxury condominium, Binjai 8. The 32-storey Binjai Residency was bult on freehold tenure by Amity Binjai, and was completedn in 2007. There is a total of 100 serviced residences here, with Executive units occupying levels 6 to 23, Premium units levels 24 to 29, and duplex Penthouses on level 30. The units have a built up area from 2,096 square feet.
