Bulatan Parlimen (GPS: 3.15099, 101.69284) is a roundabout in Kuala Lumpur. It is so called because one of the roads connected to it is Jalan Parlimen. Other roads connected to Bulatan Parlimen include Jalan Kuching, Jalan Tun Perak, Jalan Kinabalu and Jalan Sultan Salahuddin. Bulatan Parlimen is the two-tier interchange. There is a flyover connecting Jalan Kuching and Jalan Kinabalu over Bulatan Parlimen and an at-grade connection between Jalan Parlimen and Jalan Tun Perak.
