Central Residence (GPS: 3.08303, 101.69892) is a serviced apartment in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. It comprises three 28-storey blocks with a total of 526 units. The two blocks are court Central Residence and The Court. Central Residence offers SOHO units, with floor area of 565 square feet to 876 square feet. Each unit has either one or two bedrooms, and comes with one car park or two car parks.

Central Residence was developed by Yuk Tung Land. Central Residence was completed in 2014 while The Court is expected to be completed at the end of 2016. Facilities at Central Residence include multi-storey car park, swimming pool with artificial waterfall, wading pool, gymnasium, spa, sauna, roof garden, children's playground, laundrette, games area and indoor games room, among others.
