Church of the Holy Rosary (GPS: 3.13679, 101.69284) is a Catholic church in Kuala Lumpur. It is located on Jalan Tun Sambanthan, just next to Dua Sentral. According to the website of the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur1, the church was established in 1903.

The Church of the Holy Rosary holds Mass Mondays to Fridays at 7:00 am, except the 1st Friday of the month, when mass is at 8:00 pm. On weekends, Mass is at 5:00 pm on Saturday and 8:30 am on Sunday, with a mass in Mandarin at 10:30 am. All the Masses are in English unless otherwise stated.

The founding of the Church of the Holy Rosary can be attributed to a French priest, Father François E. Terrien2, who was in charged of the Chinese Catholic Community of Kuala Lumpur. Father Terrien raised the funds to purchase the land on Brickfields Road (as Jalan Tun Sambanthan was then known). The Church of St John (now St John's Cathedral) helped in advancing a third of the funds needed for the project.

The Church of the Holy Rosary, designed in the Neoclassical style, was originally completed with a flat roof, and was blessed in 1904. The present roof and steeple were added in 1951.
