Former German Ambassador's Residence (GPS: 3.15339, 101.71648) is a parcel of land on Jalan Kia Peng in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It covers 1.87 acres. In 2014, the property was sold by property marketing agent Rahim & Co. for the German Embassy to Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) for RM3,188 per square foot, at a value of RM259.1 million.
The property for sale includes the site of the Goethe-Institut on Jalan Langgak Golf. That piece is 16,695 square feet and is available for commercial use.
