Four Seasons Place (GPS: 3.15829, 101.71374) is a mixed development beside the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Located off Jalan Ampang, it comprises two skyscrapers of 70 storeys and 42 storeys. The entire project will have a gross floor area of 2 million square feet.
Four Seasons Place will house the 230-room Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur as well as the Four Seasons Residence. The project is a joint venture between Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts with Venus Assets Sdn Bhd, a company jointly owned by the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and Tan Sri Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir. Other shareholders in the project include Datuk Ong Beng Seng and David David Ban.
Four Seasons Residence is a luxury serviced apartment with units ranging in size from 1,300 to 12,000 square feet. It will have a swimming pool at 330 meters above ground, making it the highest swimming pool in Kuala Lumpur.

8 April 2015 The Edge Property reports (Four Seasons Place residences hit RM3,300 psf) the sale of a duplex residential unit at Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur for an estimated RM21million, or RM3,300 psfm making it the country's highest price lock-in for a residential unit sold by a developer.
