The 18-storey hotel is located on Jalan Haji Hussein, a short distance from the Chow Kit Market, which may or may not be good. It is easy to find cheap places to eat in the vicinity, but on the other hand, the market presence means the road outside the hotel is lined with market stalls.

Hotel Brisdale has 275 rooms, but as of July, 2017, a check on a few online travel agent sites shows that the hotel might not be accepting guests.
