Go BackJalan Madge, originally Madge Road, was named after Raymond Madge, a colonial-era lawyer who had served as an Unofficial Member of the Kuala Lumpur Sanitary Board1 The road was possibly named after him because he owned property in the vicinity, particularly a two-storey bungalow on Jalan Ampang Hilir. Today the road is lined with upscale landed properties and low-rise condominiums.
