Jalan Tebing, Kuala Lumpur (14 June, 2017)
Jalan Tebing is a minor road in
Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. Located slightly off the beaten path, if was named after its located on the northern bank of the
Klang River. Once a working class neighbourhood of village houses, the road has over the years seen the development of high-rise properties, particularly on its northern end.
Jalan Tebing is accessed via
Jalan Scott and Jalan Tun Sambanthan 4. Those are the only two roads to reach it. The road is visible from the
Kuala Lumpur Monorail as its tracks follows the road for part of the way. Its headquarters, Wisma Monorail, is on this road, as is the
Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station, the penultimate station before
KL Sentral.
