K Residence (GPS: 3.15961, 101.71323) is a luxury condominium in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It occupies the 50-storey tower block above the Avenue K Shopping Centre. At the time of its completion, K Residence is the tallest luxury condominium in Malaysia. It offers 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, duplex and triplex units, in a prime location, right across from the Petronas Twin Towers.

K Residence was built by KL Landmark with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM480.3 million, and was completed in 2008. There is a total of 188 units, with cach unit costing above of RM1 million. Built up area of each unit ranges from 1,405 square feet to 10,650 square feet.
