Characteristics of KLCC neighbourhood
The KLCC neighbourhood has mostly sleek, small luxury condominiums and serviced apartments, with some older houses and bungalows. The luxury condos and serviced apartments here are some of the most expensive in the country, in terms of price per square foot. Development is dense towards
Jalan Ampang in the north. Over the past decade, places such as
Jalan Kia Peng and
Jalan Stonor are experiencing rapid development of luxury condos. The residents here are upper-middle-class executives and expatriates.
