Kota Raya Shopping Complex (GPS: 3.14575, 101.69797) is a lower-middle-class shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur. The 5-storey complex is located on Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock. It has mostly small shoplots owned and operated by individual owners. Among the key tenants here are Starbucks Coffee and Kenny Rogers Roasters.
