The Lai Meng Girls School property belongs to Magna Prima Berhad, which is putting it for sale. According to a report in The Star, the marketing agent of the property, Rahim & Co, is putting a target price of RM3500 per square foot for the property, making that 2.62-acre site worth RM400 million. That plot has been given approval for the construction of offices, a hotel and/or serviced apartments, at a plot ratio of 1:12.
