Lai Meng Girls School Property (GPS: 3.15851, 101.70732) is the land once occupied by a primary school along Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur. The school, which is now known as SJK (C) Lai Meng, has relocated to Bukit Jalil, leaving its land in the city centre empty.The Lai Meng Girls School property belongs to Magna Prima Berhad, which is putting it for sale. According to a report in The Star, the marketing agent of the property, Rahim & Co, is putting a target price of RM3500 per square foot for the property, making that 2.62-acre site worth RM400 million. That plot has been given approval for the construction of offices, a hotel and/or serviced apartments, at a plot ratio of 1:12.
