MAS Annex Redevelopment (GPS: 3.1521, 101.70923) is the redevelopment of the site of Bangunan MAS on Jalan Sultan Ismail in downtown Kuala Lumpur. The project requires the demolition of the existing podium for the construction of a 50-storey hotel building with a 6-level basement that will house a car park, and a 5-storey podium with additional car park, and the refurbishment of the existing 35-storey Bangunan MAS for Messr Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), which bought the building from flag carrier Malaysia Airlines for RM130 million.
In October 2012, Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad was awarded the RM673 million contract to built the 50-storey hotel building.
