Go BackI happened to get to know the architect of Menara Marinara. He told me that the building was built by a Bumiputra company called PekelilingTriangle. It was designed by the architectural firm of Jurubena Bertiga International Sdn. The 1997 financial crash caused the construction to stall, and the owner was unable to sell it. So the property came under a government body set up to rescue failing Bumiputra businesses. After the building was acquired, the new owner did some modification to the original design, and it becomes known today as Menara 238.
