Menara Binjai (GPS: 3.15962, 101.71874) is a 35-storey skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur. It is located on Jalan Binjai, near the junction with Jalan Ampang. Completed at the end of 2011, it has been certified a green building by Singapore's BCA Green Mark Gold and Malaysia's Green Building Index. The building houses a branch of CIMB on the ground floor.
Menara Binjai was originally known as CSS Tower. It was developed by Khor Joo Saik Sdn Bhd for Dr Chua Seong Siew on the ground of his family home. The building was designed by Veritas Architects. Menara Binjai has a gross floor space of 473,000 square feet, of which net lettable area is 333,000 square feet.
Facilities at Menara Binjai includes 24-hour security with card access and CCTV surveillance, high-speed lifts, gymnasium, rooftop garden and a basement car park with 450 parking bays.
