Menara Darussalam (GPS: 3.15369, 101.71217) is a 41-storey commercial skyscraper in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It is located on Jalan Pinang, within the KLCC enclave. It is a Green Building Index certified high rise building. Menara Darussalam houses Grade A corporate office space from level 3 to 15 while the 5-star Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur occupies the upper levels.
Menara Darussalam has a total of 185,000 square feet of office space to let, with each floor having 14,000 square feet of nett lettable area. Facilities include male, female and disabled toilets on each floor, multi-level security and CCTV surveillance cameras, energy saving T5 lighting, 4 high-speed lifts with keycard access, automatic ventilation system, and basement car park with a total of 409 bays.
The Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur offers 370 spacious guest rooms and 42 suites. It has two restaurants, a lounge and a spa with fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool. There is also 35,000 square feet of events space for meetings, seminars and other corporate functions.
