Menara Yayasan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur (8 July, 2016)
Menara Yayasan Tun Razak (GPS: 3.14782, 101.71888) is the headquarters of the Tun Razak Foundation. Located on Jalan Bukit Bintang, the 22-storey building was built in the year 2000. Ground breaking ceremony was held on 9 May, and officiated by his spouse, Tun Rahah Tan Sri Mohammad Noah. The opening of the building was officiated by then prime minister, Tun Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi on 29 March, 2005.
Construction of Menara Yayasan Tun Razak is a joint venture between the Tun Razak Foundation and the Employee Providend Fund who held a 19% and 81% equity in the project. The office building has a total floor area of 40,000 square feet. There is a three-level car park in the basement as well as a 9,300-square feet grand ballroom.
