Platinum Sentral (GPS: 3.13575, 101.68783) is a low-rise commercial property within the KL Sentral development. Also known as KL Sentral Park Lot E, it is the first commercial development in Malaysia to be awarded the highest Green Building rating by the Singapore-based Building & Construction Authority.
Platinum Sentral comprises five interconnected low-rise office blocks that was built at a cost of RM720 million. It has a nett lettable area of 450,000 square feet.

9 November, 2019 The Edge Marketsreports that the first SPACES outlet opened in Kuala Lumpur in Platinum Sentral.
30 January, 2014 The Star (MRCB sells Platinum Sentral to Quill Capita for RM750mil) reports the sale of Platinum Sentral to Quill Capita Trust, which will pay for it with RM486 million cash and RM246 million in new Quill Capita Trust units at RM1.32 apiece. MRCB in return agreed to acquire 41% of Quill Capita Management Sdn Bhd, which manages the real-estate investment trust.
