Q Sentral (GPS: 3.13678, 101.68738) is a skyscraper within the Kuala Lumpur Sentral development. It received the 2014 World Gold Winner award for sustainable development. This 42-storey high-rise, located between Jalan Damansara and Jalan Stesen Sentral, was jointly developed by MRCB and Quill, and has a gross development value of RM1.2 billion. It has 297 office units with built-up area from 1,366 square feet in the low zone to between 15,000 square feet and 40,880 square feet in the high zone.
