Quill City Mall (GPS: 3.15967, 101.69913) is a shopping mall in
Kuala Lumpur. It is located along
Jalan Sultan Ismail. The 8-storey shopping mall had its soft opening on 18 October, 2014, and was officially opened on 18 January, 2015, by Dato Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz, the Minister of Tourism and Culture. In attendance include the mayor of Kuala Lumpur Datuk Seri Phesal Haji Talib and Group Managing Director of Quill, Dato' Dr Jennifer Low. The shopping mall is part of a mixed development project by Quill which includes a 36-storey condominium and a hotel with serviced apartment units.
Quill City Mall has a nett lettable space of 770,000 square feet. The anchor tenant at Quill City Mall is AEON Store. Other tenants include Adidas, Celebrity Fitness, Daiso, Focus Point, Guess, Golden Screen Cinemas, Guardian, H&M, Hush Puppies, MPH, Obermain, among others. Food & Beverage outlets include Baskin Robbins, Chatime, Dubu Dubu, KFC, Manhattan Fish Market, Penang Famous Teochew Chendul, Secret Recipe, Subway, Sushi King and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Quill City Mall was originally known as Vision City. Its original developer was RHB Daewoo, a subsidiary of Rashid Hussain Berhad. The project stalled for many years, and in 2007, it was acquired by Quill Retail Malls Sdn Bhd. It was then given the name of Quill 15 before becoming Quill City Mall.
