Regency Tower (GPS: 3.14803, 101.70524) is a condominium block on Bukit Ceylon in downtown Kuala Lumpur. The 21-storey block was built in 1990 on freehold tenure by Goldhill Development. The building was bought by Wangsa Merdu and then sold to present owner, Keck Seng. It has a total of 80 condominium units with floor area ranging from 2,154 square feet to 2,750 square feet. There are also duplex 4,200 square feet penthouse units.
Facilities at Regency Tower include 24-hour security, covered parking bays, swimming pool, tennis court, squash court, barbecue area and landscaping.
