The 12-storey block has a total of 64 condominium units with three unit types: the 1,766-square-foot Petra, the 2,278-square-foot Mahkota and the 6,562-square-foot Stana. Sri Kia Peng was built by a joint venture of Metzler and Econ Resources in the 1990s, and was originally called Bunga Emas Apartment. Maintenance fee (as of Jan 2016) is RM0.33 per square foot per month, plus another RM0.03 per square foot in the sinking fund.
