Sungei Wang Plaza (GPS: 3.14475, 101.71104) is the oldest major shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. Located on Jalan Sultan Ismail, it opened in 1977. The shopping mall is presently one of the properties of Capitamallsmalaysia REIT, which also has Gurney Plaza, The Mines and East Coast Mall within its portfolio.
Sungei Wang Plaza has a gross floor area of 511,103 sq feet and a nett lettable area of 447,521 sq feet. It has seven levels of shopping and three levels of parking, with 1,298 parking bays.
