The Binjai on the Park (GPS: 3.15483, 101.71759) is a condominium complex in the grounds of KLCC in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It is located at a corner of Persiaran KLCC where it meets Jalan Stonor. Designed by the architectural firm of Allen Jack and Cottier of Australia, it comprises a 44-storey block and a 45-storey block completed at end 2008. The developer was Layar Intan, a subsidiary of KLCC Holdings. There is a total of 171 units at The Binjai. There is a wide range of units here, with built up area from 1,830 sq ft upwards. Facilities at The Binjai on the Park include 24-hour security, private lift lobby, multi-storey car park, concierge services, broadband connection, swimming pool, lap pool, wading pool, spa, gymnasium, sauna, tennis court, squash court, lounge, function room and landscaping.
