It comprises four 38-storey blocks, the appearance of which is similar to The Capers Condominium across Jalan Enam. As with The Capers, The Fennel is developed on freehold tenure by YTL Land & Development.

There is a total of 916 condominium units here, with floor area ranging from 1,186 sq ft to 1,554 sq ft. Each unit has from 2+1 to 4 bedrooms. At time of writing (April 2015), The Fennel is still under construction, and is expected to be completed by Q4 2017.
