The Ruma, Kuala Lumpur

The Ruma (GPS: 3.15243, 101.71424) is a mixed development project in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Located on Jalan Kia Peng, it comprises a block of served apartments with 200 units and a 40-storey hotel with 263 rooms. There will also be a 6-storey podium housing a multi-storey car park and one level of customer service for the hotel, and three basement levels of car park.
