Wisma Harapan (GPS: 3.13229, 101.6894) is a 4-storey building in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. Located on Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad, it houses the Selangor and Federal Territory Association for the Mentally Handicapped. The association was established by a group of concerned parents and volunteers as a non-profit organisation in 1964. It receives the support of the Rotary Club of Klang and Port Swettenham. The association provides education to mentally handicapped children to help them learn to look after themselves.
