Wisma UOA, Kuala Lumpur (8 July, 2016)
Wisma UOA (GPS: 3.15275, 101.71192), or UOA Centre, is an office building in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It is located on Jalan Pinang, at the exit to Jalan Perak, within the KLCC enclave. Wisma UOA is across the road from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
Wisma UOA comprises two office blocks, the 33-storey UOA 1 and 39-storey UOA 2. UOA 1 provides a total of 139,572 square feet of nett lettable area. Office units range in size from 950 square feet to 11,000 square feet. It also has 6 levels of car park (one basement level and five above-ground levels). UOA 2 has 703,841 square feet of nett lettable area. Parking here is two basement levels and 3 above-ground levels, giving a total of 643 bays.
Facilities at Wisma UOA include 24-hour security, multi-level parking and cafeteria.
