Nyalas is a small town in Jasin District, in northeastern Malacca. The town is located near the border with Negeri Sembilan. The area is surrounded by rubber and palm oil plantations. Among the country roads liking Nyalas are M8 going southwest towards Selandar and M15 heading south towards Chin Chin.
Being is a part of Malacca that juts into Johor, Nyalas is on the hilly terrain at the foothills of Gunung Ledang. Of moderate interest in the area is a stone quarry and an orchid farm.
