Selandar is a small agricultural town in Jasin District, Malacca. It is one of the main nondescript communities where tourists usually rush through on their way from somewhere to somewhere else. The place is covered mostly with rubber and oil palm plantations.
Selandar today is also a major fruit producer. Perhaps the only tourist attraction at Selandar is the Melaka Agropark, developed to manage the production of tropical fruits in the area. Among the fruits grown in Selandar include mangoes, ciku, rambutan and more.
