Lenggeng (GPS: 2.85514, 101.94221) is a small town in Seremban District, Negri Sembilan. It is located 16 km to the north of Seremban Town, not far from the border with Selangor.

The majority of the population of Lenggeng are second and third generation Malays whose forefathers migrated to the area from Minangkabau in Sumatra. There is also a small community of Chinese living in the area.

Visiting Lenggeng

The Lenggeng Recreational Park is one of the notesworthy places in Lenggeng. The town is surrounded by protected forest, with Lenggeng Forest Reserve to the north and east, while Setul Forest Reserve to the southwest. Also within Lenggeng is the Lenggeng-Ulu Belanang Malay Reserve. Townships near Lenggeng include Ulu Belanang, Broga, Mantin and Pajam.

To reach Lenggeng, take Federal Route 1 (old trunk road) and look for road sign for Lenggeng, which is reached on State Route N34.
