Arked Peladang Cameron Highlands

Arked Peladang Cameron HighlandsArked Peladang Cameron Highlands (2 May, 2016)

Arked Peladang Cameron Highlands (GPS: 4.49491, 101.39269) is a farmers' market in Cameron Highlands. Located along the main road in Brinchang, it comprises a cluster of shoplots selling local produce, potted plants as well as souvenirs. Clustered close within the arcade are individual businesses such as Unc Sam Farm, Strawberry Corner and Multicrops Central Market. It is a good stopover for exploring Cameron Highlands, as there are toilets here (though you have to pay 30 sen per entry), restaurants and shops.

My wife and I visited Arked Peladang Cameron Highlands on our second day there. We spent a little while here because it started to rain when we arrived, and it got quite heavy while we were there. So we window-shopped while waiting for the rain to cease. It's a good thing too, for the rain forced us to slow down and view things up close.

About this website

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
