Cameron Valley Tea House 1 (GPS: 4.45401, 101.36883) is a road side tea house in Cameron Highlands. It is one of three tea houses operated by the Bharat Group, and the first of two along Jalan Besar between Habu and Tanah Rata. It appears to be slightly smaller than the other tea house.

Due to limited roadside space, you have to climb down a flight of stairs to reach it. There is a tea shop, where you can buy various types of tea to take home, and the tea house, where you can order tea with scones and various pastries, to eat there, while enjoying the beautiful view of tea plantations all down the valley below.
