Kuala Pahang (GPS: 3.53329, 103.46065) is a small town at the mouth of Sungai Pahang, near Pekan. The town reaches right to the very edge between the river and the South China Sea, where there is a pier belonging to Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia (Fisheries Department Authority of Malaysia). Nearby is Dataran Nelayan, a small town square.
