Felda Residence Hot Springs (2 January, 2010)
Felda Residence Hot Springs is a recreational area in southern Perak. It is located off Sungai Kelah. It was first built in 2003 at a cost of RM6 million, and was known as Sungai Klah Hot Springs. The resort has pools of different sizes with hot as well as cool water. The cool water comes from the mountain spring. There are also private jacuzzi and pools that can be booked separately. The water of the hot springs is said to have therapeutic properties in healing a variety of ailments including stiff joints, rheumatism, arthritis and spinal injuries.
Getting there
Felda Residence Hot Springs is surrounded by the FELDA Land Development. The nearest town is Sungkai. To get to Felda Residence Hot Springs, exit the North-South Expressway at Exit 128 (Sungkai Interchange). This takes you to Federal Route 1. Turn left and head south. After 1 km, turn left at the next junction and take route 149. Follow the signage to Felda Residence Hot Springs.
