Ali Pitchay's Townhouse (GPS: 4.59756, 101.07841) is a corner house at the junction of Jalan Tun Sambanthan and Jalan Bandar Timah in Ipoh, Perak. Mohd Ali Pitchay, who was a Chief Sanitary Inspector of Kinta, served as the Town Council member for Ipoh and Menglembu under the Alliance. His townhouse is today regarded as one of the heritage buildings in Ipoh.
