Jalan Kuala Kangsar is a major road in Ipoh, Perak. It is the road that connects Ipoh with Kuala Kangsar, and so it is part of Federal Route 1. The road starts at roughly Laluan Klebang Jaya 14, in the Klebang suburb of Ipoh, in the north, and ends at Jalan Panglima Bukit Gantang Wahab in the south. It forms an interchange with the North-South Expressway Northern Route (E1).
