Jalan Raja Dihilir is a major road in Ipoh, Perak. It connects Bulatan Sultan Yussuf in the west to the Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah interchange in the east, where it continues as Jalan Tambun. It is part of Perak State Route A13.

Many roads branch out from Jalan Raja Dihilir including Jalan Foo Choong Nyit, Jalan Caldwell, Jalan Sturrock, Lebuh Lasam, Lorong Cheah Cheang Lim, Jalan Kelab Golf, Lorong Jennings, Jalan Raja Ashman Shah, Jalan Towers, Persiaran Asrama, Jalan Canning Estate, Persiaran Raja Dihilir and Jalan Aitken.

Jalan Raja Dihilir was named after the second in line to the Perak throne behind the Raja Muda or crown prince.
