Jalan Raja Permaisuri Bainun is a major road in Ipoh, Perak. Originally known as Jalan Kampar, it was renamed in 2004 by the mayor Datuk Hassan Nawawi in honour of then Raja Permaisuri of Perak.

Jalan Raja Permaisuri Bainun connects Bulatan Sultan Abdullah in the west to Jalan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah interchange in the east. In between, it forms junctions with Jalan Chung Thye Phin, Jalan Peh Kee Koh, Jalan Chew Boon Juan, Jalan Leong Kim Seng, Jalan Sarmukh, Jalan Batu Bungkal, Persiaran Canton, Persiaran Kampar and Lebuh Cavendish.
