Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil is one of the main roads in Ipoh, Perak. It is located in the Ipoh neighbourhood known as Greentown. In the west, the road starts at a junction with Jalan Datuk Onn Jaafar. Several roads form junctions or intersections with it, among them Jalan Raja Musa Aziz, Jalan Lau Ek Ching, Jalan Raja Ekram, Jalan Seenivasagam, Persiaran Greenhill, Persiaran Bandaraya, Persiaran Tugu, Persiaran Greentown, Persiaran Greentown 11, Jalan Chin Choon Sam, Jalan Lasam and Lebuh Ceylon. The eastern end of the road is a dead end.
Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil was originally known as Clarke Street. It was named after Dr Tertius Clarke, the Health Officer of Kinta. Its present name honours the 29th Sultan of Perak.
