Kian Aik Chan (GPS: 4.59563, 101.07932) is a rice-importing shop at 77, Market Street in Ipoh. What makes it significant in history was that it served as the base for the Allied espionage activities during World War II. Eventually however, the Japanese got word of what was going on and they raided the premises, arresting the person in charged of the shop.

As of 2014, the shophouse has been renovated and houses Syarikat Kemajuan Muhibbah.
