Sinhalese Bar (GPS: 4.59558, 101.07869) is a bar at the junction of Jalan Bijih Timah (Treacher Street) and Jalan Pasar (Market Street). As the name suggests, it was established by a Sinhalese and attract patrons of the same community.
Sinhalese Bar had its start even before World War II. It was founded by a Sinhalese named Albert Munasinghe. After the war, the bar was run by his sons.
