Jambatan Sultan Azlan Shah (GPS: 4.71595, 100.94315) is a vehicular bridge in Perak. It carries the North-South Expressway Northern Route across Sungai Perak. With a span of 360 meters, it is also the longest bridge on the expressway. It was opened to the public by its namesake, the late Sultan Azlan Shah of Perak, on 17 September, 1987. Next to the bridge is the Sungai Perak Rest Area.
